Wexford County Tourism Fully Content Managed Website

Wexford County Tourism approached Cada media Ltd looking for an update to their pre-existing website. Specifically they wanted a site that they could update and maintain themselves. For the past 5 years we have worked with the board in a long term plan to get number one in search engines for key phrases to do with tourism in Wexford. This we have achieved.

In 2008 we created a site that is fully content managed by Wexford Tourism. We supplied the new site with the new 2008 information and members listing as per their printed brochure. Then we trained one of their staff members on how to use the system. These type of courses are best run in stages and we trained for a day and then let them come back to us the following week after they had time to put into practice what they had learned.

Some features that they also wanted integrated into the site included :

Forum for visitors to the area to chat about their wexford experiences and suggestions,
Newsletter that they could send out to their members and staff seperately,
The ability to integrate google maps into the site in the future,
Gallery into which they could upload images of Wexford
The ability to edit the News & Specials pages (for their competitions & promotions etc) plus edit any other content as they wish.
